Prime Outlets in San Marcos is gaining two new luxury stores.
MAXAZRIA and Hickey Freeman/Bobby Jones Factory Store are opening two new factory outlet stores on Oct. 1 and Oct. 8, respectively.
Together, the two stores will encompass 4,000 square feet of retail space in Prime Outlets - San Marcos, which today boasts more than 130 store brands. Prime Outlets draws in millions of visitors annually, making it the third most popular tourist destination in Texas.
“MAXAZRIA and Hickey Freeman/Bobby Jones Factory Store are brands with an incredible following and we are thrilled to house them at Prime Outlets - San Marcos,” says Janet Paulsen, regional vice president of marketing for Prime Outlets.
“Both names are synonymous with superior quality and chic, fashionable designs we are proud to offer our guests,” Paulsen says.
MAXAZRIA sells women’s dresses, blouses, handbags, jackets, sweaters and accessories.
Hickey Freeman sells a line of boy’s and men’s tailored suits, dress shirts, neck wear and accessories. The company has stores on Broadway and Fifth Avenue in New York and is planning to open additional stores in San Francisco and Chicago over the next year.
Prime Outlets - San Marcos is located between San Antonio and Austin. The open-air 750,000 square foot outlet center offers shoppers 30 to 70 percent discounts on name-brand merchandise.
The shopping center is owned by Prime Retail in Baltimore, which today owns 15 million square feet of retail space in the United States and Puerto Rico.
